Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport features three waterside restaurants and a bar. Welcome the morning with a hearty breakfast buffet in Restaurant Charlie. For a delicious lunch or dinner, Restaurant Victor features a selection of classic international dishes and wines. Whiskey Bar serves a great selection of beers, wines, and cocktails throughout the day and evening. For private dining – social events, groups, and conferences. Charlie

Contemporary waterside restaurant serving an extensive buffet breakfast, ideal for both business guests & families. Charlie offers an ideal setting for buffet lunches and dinners, featuring a range of extensive menus and drinks packages.    

  • Breakfast: 6am – 10am 

Victor

Waterside restaurant, open daily for lunch and dinner with a varied international menu, offering everything from light and healthy salads to delicious steaks. There is also a great kids’ menu, as well as a lovely wine list and a good selection of beers and cocktails.

  • Lunch: 12pm – 2pm 
  • Dinner: 6pm – 10pm 

Whisky Bar

When it comes to sipping a perfectly shaken cocktail or enjoying a great selection of beers and wines, there’s no better place than the Whiskey Bar. With warm interior colours, plush seating, and cool music, it’s a lovely setting for pre-dinner cocktails, light bites, or drinks until late.
